Karen S.
We are so incredibly grateful for the support and care we received from Jamie and Le. From the moment they arrived, they brought a sense of calm and reassurance to our home during such a vulnerable time. Their expertise, kindness, and gentle approach with our baby, Maximiliano, gave us so much peace of mind. Not only did they care for our little one with love, but they also supported my husband and me, ensuring we got the rest we desperately needed. If you're looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable night doula, I highly recommend them—they are truly amazing!

For the past 4 years Ishale has remained my go to person for anything involving parent hood. As a father she has taught me what it means to listen to your baby on multiple levels. Her close attention to detail has made it so my son is never without the correct care. She is an excellent empath and a phenomenal Mother with infinite wisdom to share.

Le is amazing. She strives to provide the highest level of comfort to mom and baby. She understands the vulnerability of postpartum families and delivers a product that is top notch. Her foot massages are the best and her vegan cooking is delicious. If I could have her for a full year I would!
FAQs
1. What is Birthwork, and who is it for?
Birthwork is a holistic practice rooted in emotional, physical, and spiritual support before, during, and after birth. It’s for anyone navigating the journey of creation—whether you’re expecting a child, healing from reproductive experiences, or seeking reconnection with your body’s wisdom. Birthwork honors more than just birth—it honors transformation.
2. Do I have to be pregnant to work with you?
Not at all. My offerings support people at every stage—preconception, postpartum, or even those navigating grief, body disconnection, or ancestral healing. This space is for all who seek to reconnect, release, or reimagine the stories their bodies carry.
3. Is this a medical service?
No. My work is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. I am a guide, a listener, and a witness. I offer emotional support, energetic tools, and culturally grounded care that complements—but does not replace—the guidance of licensed healthcare providers.
4. What should I expect during a session?
Each session is unique. You can expect gentle conversation, breath-work, intentional stillness, guided reflections, or creative expression. I meet you where you are—whether that’s in joy, grief, curiosity, or silence. This is your sacred space.
